When the mobs are +1 level than you, you will get 5% exp bonus. You can get 120% exp at most. But when the mobs are 2 less levels than you, your exp will decrease by 10% ecah level.

Another is when you kill mobs 3 levels above you, your damage will reduce by 10%. And the rest can be done in the same manner. So even you can get more exp by killing stronger mobs, you need to pay more time and energy.

To prove this, my friends tried to kill a level(Aion powerleveling) 40 monster at different levels, From this we find that when you are level42, you can still get 100% exp, and when you are level37, you can get 115% exp with 90% damage. Good luck!
